We specialize in custom home building and renovations in Anne Arundel County, the Eastern Shore, and other waterfront communities across Maryland. If you’re building near the Chesapeake Bay, Severn River, or anywhere around Annapolis, there’s a good chance we know the area and the permitting process inside and out.
-
We build architecturally designed custom homes and renovations.

Most of our clients begin with a budget of $1 million or more for a new custom home. While every project is unique, a general starting point is to plan for $250–$350 per square foot. This estimate can vary based on design complexity, site conditions, and material selections, but it’s a helpful guideline when beginning to shape your vision. Whether you’re building from the ground up or transforming an existing home, we bring the same level of care, craftsmanship, and pride to every project.
-
Yes and yes. We frequently collaborate with architects brought in by our clients, but we also have long-standing relationships with some of the region’s most respected residential architects. If you’re starting from scratch, we’re happy to make introductions.
-
Timelines can vary depending on the scope of the project and site conditions. In general, a custom home can take 10 to 16 months from groundbreaking to completion. We’ll provide a realistic schedule during the planning and bidding phase so you know what to expect.
-
Building near the water in Maryland comes with special considerations—critical area restrictions, stormwater management, and shoreline buffer regulations, to name a few. We’re experienced in navigating local permitting agencies and can guide your project through the process smoothly and efficiently.
-
As involved as you’d like to be. Some of our clients enjoy being part of every design and material decision, while others prefer to let us handle the details. Either way, we keep communication clear and consistent so you always know where things stand.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients are interested in sustainability, and we’re well-versed in energy-efficient systems, smart home technologies, and environmentally responsible materials especially for waterfront living.
-
Yes. In addition to new construction, we offer high-end renovations and additions, particularly for waterfront homes that need modern updates, added living space, or improved outdoor living areas. We also build specialty buildings such as garages, pool houses, or guest quarters. We approach renovations with the same care and craftsmanship as our new builds.
